ILOG Supports JLOOX
ILOG acquired the JLOOX product line from eNGENUITY on 2 July 2004. New JLOOX features will be added to ILOG JViews, extending ILOG visualization leadership.
Existing JLOOX users
JLOOX customers will continue to receive maintenance and support from the present development team. Users will also benefit from ILOG stability and expertise:
- JLOOX R&D and marketing teams have been transferred to ILOG
- The JLOOX Hot Line will continue to be operated by eNGENUITY
- JLOOX R&D will operate the second and third levels of hot-line support
- Users can access the JLOOX Hot Line by phone or e-mail
- A JLOOX support page is also available
- ILOG will maintain the JLOOX product line in its portfolio
- A JLOOX maintenance release is planned for fall 2004
